Bandera Shuttle Driver Terms and Conditions Agreement
To become a driver for Bandera Shuttle and/or Bandera Delivery, you must first sign up at drivers.BanderaShuttle.com and complete your profile. For the purposes of this document, you will be referred to as “Driver.” BanderaShuttle.com, BanderaDelivery.com, and drivers.BanderaShuttle.com are owned by Cowboy Capital Services, LLC. Signing up to be a driver for BanderaShuttle.com does not make you an employee of BanderaShuttle.com, nor drivers.BanderaShuttle.com, nor Cowboy Capital Services, LLC, nor any of their affiliates. You are also not considered to be employed by any of the passengers or delivery partners or parties to which you will be giving rides or providing deliveries. The relationship is contractor, freelancer, or vendor. As such, you will be required to provide a W-9 for our tax purposes. This agreement can be ended at any time by either party.
Rules for the driver
- No smoking when passengers are in the vehicle.
- No pets in vehicles when carrying passengers
- Keep vehicle clean, comfortable, and safe when carrying passengers
- All vehicles must have a functioning air conditioning system and heater
- Driver must have current and state-approved minimum insurance
- Driver can not have any other passengers in vehicle (other than partner or spouse)
- Courteous and promptness
- Properly handle delivery items (Food delivery containers such as coolers and thermal bags should be used to transport food items)
- Do not tamper or open bags for delivery regardless if they are sealed or not.
- Vehicles must have proper equipment depending on delivery type (coolers, tie downs, etc.)
Driver payment
All payment information will be available on the rides list and will also show up on the driver console statement. Payment for rides given will be directly deposited into your bank account provided on demand. Payments will come from Cowboy Capital Services. The amount of time it may take to receive payment is not controlled by Cowboy Capital Services once payment is issuedAny fees incurred that are driver responsibility will be line itemed on driver console statement.
Specialty Vehicle
A Specialty Vehicle is a vehicle that is listed on Bandera Shuttle for specific purpose and/or time. These can include, but is not limited larger groups, tours, events, occasions, etc. Payment for these jobs will be made directly to Bandera Shuttle by the customer and Bander Shuttle will pay the provider. Payment will be remitted to the provider within 3 to 5 days once the event is completed. Payment may be held up if the customer has disputes with the process, pricing, or any other issues with services provided. Bandera Shuttle will perform due dillegence to decide best way to proceed to resolution. A transaction fee of 3% - 4% will be charged to provider and may be increased based on processing costs. Final listing price will be increased up to 15% to cover Bandera Shuttle fees. All communication and customer service will be taken care of by Bandera Shuttle who will be primary point of contact.
Events, Issues, and Emergencies
Any situation that is considered an emergency, make sure to first contact the proper authorities as soon as possible (911, police, ambulance, fire department). If reasonably possible, contact BanderaShuttle.com dispatch by phone AFTER appropriate authorities have been notified of the situation.
For minor issues like customer service problems, immediately refer customer to BanderaShuttle.com dispatch.
Cowboy Capital Services is not responsible for any damages or wear and tear caused to driver’s vehicle. This includes but is not limited to auto accidents or any damage caused by a passenger.
If driver feels unsafe for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather, personal safety concerns, or bad road conditions, driver should cancel/reassign via the website or app, then immediately notify BanderaShuttle.com dispatch by phone.
Getting Started
Make sure and utilize drivers.BanderaShuttle.com for all driver updates, needs, information, and questions. You may also contact BanderaShuttle.com dispatch via phone. To get started, you must complete all documentation and paperwork for our records and information. Once this is completed, you will have a brief training on how to use the system. Once all of these steps are completed, you are eligible to accept rides through the drivers.BanderaShuttle.com site.
